    I agree to the first idea as there are people who prefer to communicate online, but the second idea is problematic. You cannot be everywhere, especially when presence is covered by the tex payer's money.
    Here the people need to be more flexible otherwise their preferences will be covered by them.

        You are 20 years ahead of your time. Public services are gradually given over the net, but they don't come instead of physical officials because there baby boomers and their parents that are mostly disoriented when it comes to e-tjänst.
        De där myndigheterna att vända sig till e-tjänst gör det pga av besparingen, inte för att bli "mer sociala".
